We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Lucknow HQ (Covering entire Uttar Pradesh)
Experience: 12+ Years in Sales (preferably in the Medical Devices)
Triage Meditech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its footprint, and we’re looking for a dynamic, growth-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Uttar Pradesh region. This role is crucial in driving business development, managing a high-performing sales team, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales operations for the entire UP region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and mentor a strong team of Territory Sales Executives and Area Manager
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Regular travel across the region to ensure field visibility and performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in team management and regional sales leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Preference will be given to candidates from the Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare sectors.
- Willingness to travel extensively across UP.
