This Privacy Policy describes how Triage Meditech Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information through our mobile application developed for clinical tracking and remote device control.

We collect the following data to enable key functionality of the app:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Location Data (foreground and background)
- Device ID
- Photos (user-uploaded)
- Camera Access
We do not collect any payment data or microphone/audio input.
- Account Access and Control
Accounts are created via an internal admin panel. Login credentials are distributed to users directly. There is no public registration flow.
Users may request deletion of their account or data via email or direct contact (see below).
- Data Handling and Storage
The app does not store data locally on the user’s device. Data is transmitted securely and stored on protected servers under our control.
- Third-Party Services
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to provide push notifications. While Firebase may collect technical metadata like device tokens and IP addresses for delivery, no personal data is shared with Firebase or any other third parties.
- Permissions and Background Location
The app requests the following permissions as needed for core functionality:
- Location Access (foreground and background) – to track therapy usage and clinical activity as part of service reporting and management.
- Camera and Photo Library – to capture clinical images.
- Bluetooth – to connect with and control medical devices wirelessly.
Location access is explicitly requested and must be approved by the user at installation or runtime. We do not use location for any unrelated tracking or advertising purposes.
- Security
We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse. All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
- No Ads or Analytics Tracking
This app does not use advertisements and does not run analytics tracking or behavior profiling.
- Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for professional clinical use only and is not directed at children under 18.
