COMFISORB FLEXI Ag Antimicrobial Silver-Enhanced Flexible Foam Dressing
COMFISORB FLEXI Ag by Triage Meditech integrates sustained-release silver ions into the proven Comfisorb Flexi multi-layer foam platform. Ionic silver is released progressively in the presence of wound exudate, providing continuous broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity throughout the wear period, effective against Gram-positive organisms including MRSA, Gram-negative organisms including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and fungal species including Candida. The Ezeepeel Ag silicone contact layer delivers silver directly to the wound bed on application. Flexi-Cut Technology ensures the dressing stretches and conforms to anatomically challenging locations while maintaining full antimicrobial and exudate management performance for up to 7 days.

Directions For Use
• Clean the wound with an appropriate wound cleanser and dry surrounding skin.
• Select a size that covers the wound with at least 2 cm overlap onto healthy periwound skin.
• Apply the silver-side contact layer directly onto the wound bed.
• Smooth the dressing adhesive border to seal.
• Change every 3–7 days or when clinically indicated. Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks without clinical review.
Precautions
• Single-use only; do not re-sterilise or reuse.
• For use on locally infected and critically colonised wounds under clinical guidance.
• Not a substitute for systemic antibiotic therapy where indicated.
• Do not use if the patient has a known sensitivity to silver.
• Do not use on X-ray silver may cause interference.
• Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity develops.
• Keep out of reach of children.
